マリーナベイサンズのシグネチャーダイニングとして、圧倒的な人気を誇る「WAKU GHIN」。
和洋を巧みに取り入れた創作料理が高く評価され、ミシュラン2つ星を獲得し、数か月先まで予約困難とか。
この度、数々の受賞歴を誇る日本人デザイナー、赤尾洋平氏により全面改装が行われました。
さっそく営業Uが取材へ! 天然素材を多用し、自然を感じられる空間デザインにうっとり。
新たに誕生した「The Bar at WAKUGHIN」では、自家製和風カクテルをはじめ、厳選されたドリンクが勢揃い。
パスタや丼ものなどのバーメニューもあり、憧れの「WAKU GHIN」の味を気軽に楽しめちゃいます。
バーはウォークインのみで予約は受け付けておりませんが、タイミングとしては午後5時あたりが入店していただきやすい時間帯になります。
ダイニングエリアを拡張させたバーエリアでは、現在、毎日午後5時からお食事していただくことが可能で、Platine by Waku Ghin(パティスリー・プラティーヌ)のデザートと、様々なお食事や飲み物をご堪能いただけます。
また朝10時より、デザートのテイクアウトも可能です。
Waku Ghinのバーのおすすめとしましては、パスタ、丼もの、贅沢なバーメニューなど、和久田哲也氏が丹精込めた「不朽の味」が一押しです。

The home-made chips are made from Dutch cream potatoes from Tasmania, meticulously prepared through a 2-day process of brining, sous vide, steaming and drying, before they are double-fried to achieve the fluffy and extra-crispy texture. |
